DAAN Abyss Elite BJJ Gi — Teal, 300 GSM

Walk into any gym and count the gis. White, black, blue, a couple of greys. Teal is not on that list.

That is the entire argument for this one. If you have been training a few years and own the standard colors already, the Abyss Elite is the gi that is recognizably yours across a room of forty people.

The color is a deep teal — closer to the green end than a bright turquoise, dark enough to stay serious. It works particularly well against a blue, purple or brown belt.

Underneath, it is our 300 GSM lightweight pearl weave. Breathable, quick to dry, and a noticeable difference in a room where the air conditioning is decorative. If you train evenings after work in a packed class, the lighter jacket is the one you will keep reaching for.

Construction is the same as every gi we make: triple-stitched collar and stress points, reinforced knee panels, rope drawstring, pre-shrunk cotton throughout.

Teal is a training color — the IBJJF permits white, royal blue and black only, so this is for the gym rather than the bracket.
