DAAN Nomad Elite BJJ Gi — Khaki, 350 GSM

If you came here looking for a camo gi, read this first: the Nomad Elite is a solid khaki, not a camouflage print.

That is deliberate. Printed camo gis look good in photographs and poor after a year — the print sits on the surface of the fabric, and surface prints crack, fade and peel where the gi folds. A solid khaki is the same military look without the failure point.

The color is a proper field khaki, warm rather than grey-toned. It is the rarest color in most gyms after teal, and it goes with every belt rank without clashing.

The jacket is 350 GSM cotton pearl weave — our all-round training weight. Structured enough for collar work, not so heavy that a summer class becomes an endurance event.

Khaki has one practical advantage nobody mentions: it is the best color in the range for hiding the beige-grey mark that mats leave on a gi. White shows it, black shows it, khaki simply does not.

Pants are 280 GSM cotton ripstop with double-stitched knee panels.

This is a training color — the IBJJF permits white, royal blue and black only. For anything with a referee and a bracket, use a legal color gi. Off the mat, our matching training tees run in the same earth tones.
