Many fighters prefer a looser cut during drilling and strength sessions to reduce restriction through the chest and shoulders. This tee provides that freedom while maintaining structure during movement.

Constructed on a Comfort Color base with screen print application, the fabric has a softer worn in feel compared to more structured blanks. During pad work, mobility drills, and weight training, it allows natural shoulder rotation and torso movement without pulling tight across the back. The relaxed profile also improves airflow during extended academy hours.

This tee fits into a fighter routine as a daily training shirt, warm up layer, or post session change. It is not designed for live grappling exchanges where opponents grab fabric, but it performs well for drilling, conditioning, and gym lifestyle wear.

Heat and Sweat Management

The cotton dominant construction allows steady airflow in standard USA academy and garage gym settings. It absorbs sweat during rounds and conditioning circuits. While it does not provide synthetic moisture wicking, the relaxed fit enhances ventilation and reduces cling when damp.

Mobility and Grip Fighting

The relaxed cut supports wide shoulder movement for striking, sprawls, and underhook work. Extra room through the torso reduces pulling during dynamic drills. For full intensity No Gi rounds where fabric grabbing is common, compression gear remains more appropriate.

Screen print durability depends heavily on washing discipline. Tension typically concentrates at collar seams and underarm panels during lifting and grappling warm ups. Rotating between shirts and avoiding high heat drying extends overall lifespan.
